 Step 1 – Log Into Meta Business Suite

Make sure you have admin access to the Page you want to automate.

1.     From the left-hand menu, click Inbox.

2.     At the top of the screen, click on Automations.

Click " Create Automation "  or choose " Edit " beside an existing one

You can now write your message and define when it’s triggered.

You can add:

     Step 6 – Save Your Messenger Automation

    Once you’re done editing, simply click “Save Changes” or “Publish” in the top right corner.
